Fast-growing digital consumer goods company, started with one breakout product before expanding into multiple brands and entities within similar categories. As growth accelerated, each entity operated independently, often relying on manual processes and individual know-how. The organization recognized that to scale effectively, it needed to invest in foundational enablers and build infrastructure that would support integration, efficiency, and future funding readiness.

Challenge
