JungoJam by Nuverse Games, a new Roleplay/Sandbox game partnered with YK Consulting to secure a powerful soft launch across Southeast Asia on March 26, 2025. Setting a sharp focus on Indonesian gaming market, we carefully developed player-focused strategies that combined in-depth market research with creative execution.

How to Make JungoJam Their Next Playground?


Indonesia's Roleplay/Sandbox gaming scene is already crowded with early giants that have captured young gamers’ time and loyalty.


For YK Consulting, the challenge was clear: launch a new game that could compete and thrive in this saturated market. We did not only want visibility; we also aimedto build a loyal player base who is ready to play, create, and grow as a connected community.


After experiencing JungoJam’s imaginative world firsthand, YK Consulting found the key: ignite these niche communities’ creativity with JungoJam’s fresh, never-seen-before blend of Roleplay and Sandbox gameplay.

A Campaign Where Anything is Possible

Through #BeAnyoneDoAnything campaign, YK Consulting invited players to express themselves freely and make JungoJam their go-to creative playground where they could truly be anyone and do anything.

We showcased JungoJam’s highly explorative, interactive, and imaginative gameplay, embracing the niche’s love for creativity and storytelling. Our goal was to build one massive, connected community ready to create ideas and play together.

1. Big Names. Big Hype.

We teamed up with 17 top Indonesian gaming YouTubers and TikTokers known for playing similar games, including stars like MiawAug, KeiKei, Fanny Tjandra.They fueled the launch with roleplay-heavy, creative content. Exactly what their fans love to watch.

4. Events to Keep Players Grinding

To keep new players hooked, we ran 15 rewarding events on JungoJam’s community channels.Every event has its own attention-grabbing social media posts to get players in and play.

2. Community Leaders as In-Game Masters

To pull players deeper into the community, we went beyond the standard.We brought in nano to macro gaming creators and streamers to be Community Leaders. Through creative content and streams, they rallied their audiences to play JungoJam and strengthen the existing player base.

5. Media Blitz That Got Players Talking

We dropped the soft launch news right where it mattered: top gaming media channels. To get players talking, we gave them full freedom to share raw, hype-building reviews.

3. Keeping the Community Alive 24/7

With our team and dedicated Moderators on Discord and Facebook, we handled reports, dropped updates, and jumped into real-time chats.Making sure players always felt seen, heard, and ready to squad up.

6. Seeding Conversations Across Platforms

We made sure JungoJam was on people’s minds before they even hit install.We filled their social feeds with interactive prompts and conversation-starting comments.
